Cheeseburger Pie
Prep Time: 15 minutes/ Total: 30 minutes Servings: 6 (approximate)

Ingredients
1 Can Crescent Rolls
1 Pound Ground Beef
1/4 Finely Chopped Onion
1/4 Cup Chopped Dill Pickle Slices
1 Tablespoon Prepared Mustard
2 Tablespoons Flour
2 Tablespoons Dill Pickle Juice
2 Tablespoons Ketchup
2 Cups Shredded Sharp Cheddar Cheese
2 Tablespoons Milk

Instructions
Preheat oven to 375°F. Unroll Crescent rolls and press into the bottom and up the sides of an 8-9 inch pie pan. Cook ground beef (while it cooks chop/dice other ingredients) thoroughly and drain well. Measure out the flour and place in a cup or bowl. Stir the onion, chopped pickle, ketchup and mustard into the beef. Sprinkle the mixture with flour and add pickle juice and milk. Cook and stir until it's thick and bubbly, mostly needs to be thick. Remove from heat and mix in 1 cup of shredded cheese. Pour the beef mixture into the prepared crust and bake for 15 minutes, or until the edges of crust are golden. Take the pie from the oven and sprinkle with the remaining cheese, let it sit while the cheese melts, then it's ready to eat. You can garnish it with extra ketchup, mustard and pickle slices if desired.
